We review what you sent and come back with a straightforward estimate. The goal is that you know the scope and the cost before anything is scheduled.
Some jobs can be quoted from your description and photos. Others need a short on-site look. We’ll tell you which it is instead of guessing.
If the work changes once we see it, we stop and talk through it before going further. No surprise extras after the fact.
